Shima-nishiki

Red and white stripped flower. Stigmas and sheath are red. The striping of this flower has no fixed form and does not occur on every flower or plant. It is more a rarity than the usual to be stripped. This variety arose from a bud mutation in Taiyo, and except for the variegation of color the plant resembles Taiyo in every respect. Mid season.

Due to the irregularity of the mutation, here is some of the variety of flower color you can have during any bloom season. This is all on one plant.
